Draw my OC contest ^_^

Hi guys~! I've decided to hold a simple little contest ^_^

I'm holding a pretty basic contest, based around my OC, Tomino.
You may choose to do either design, which ever you like better ^_^

Tomino is an average teenage girl, with slight self esteem issues. However, one day, she finds her skin becoming slightly itchy. Days go by, and soon, the skin goes from itchy, to red patches, to blisters, to actually rotting and falling off! She dwells into a paranoid state, concerned that no one would like her due to the lack of skin in various places. At night, she began roaming streets, finding the occasionally intoxicated person and taking advantage of their incapability, actually skins them, and sews their skin into place where hers is missing. This becomes a daily routine, and eventually, she "falls" into a place that isn't there, where someone pulls her head, forcing her neck to stretch. She manages to get back to her world, and continues her routine.

Some other basic info:
Age: 17
Height: Approximately 5'6 as a normal person
Race: White
Nationality: Norwegian
Powers/Abilities: Nothing out of the ordinary, just driven by her urges to try and be "normal".
Weaknesses: Tomino is rather light, and easy to throw around. She has no special powers, and is fairly easy to fend off, which is why she prefers to attack drunks.
Clothing: Tomino prefers gothic/lolita/cute dresses, with stockings and combat boots OR mary janes, or simply t-shirts and shorts with combat boots.

You must draw, or write about Tomino (either form)
A journal promoting this contest will give you another shot at winning a side prize thing ^_^
Any style/medium (Anime, Semi-Realistic, Realism, etc.)(traditional, digital) is fine.
MUST be human.  It doesn't matter if it's a chibi, hall body, or full body, but please, no furries!
THERE MUST BE AT LEAST 6 ENTRIES, OR ELSE THE PRIZES DO NOT COUNT
THE DEADLINE WILL BE MAY 31st. IF YOU NEED AN EXTENSION, JUST ASK ^_^
